Our journey with fish began in 1989 when Yanagi Sushi was opened in the heart of Northridge, CA. Today it still stands after 26 years with a great following of regular patrons as well as a constant flow of new discoverers. With years of sushi experience under our belt, we found it was time to expand our horizons and experiment with what we know. We have been serving Poke since our early days and from its popularity. Based on our creativity, the idea for Poke Bar was incepted. If ever you are in the valley, check out where it all began and give us a visit!
