August 17, 2013 (Riverside, CA) - NewMark Merrill Companies continues to attract new tenants to University Village, located just off the 215 freeway in Riverside. The three newest tenants at the outdoor community center are:
Amazon Toner signed a 5 year lease for the 1,355 square foot space located near 7-Eleven. Amazon Toner specializes in refilling ink and toner cartridges at 30%-50% below retail prices. Amazon Toner offers other business, school and home services including printer leasing and sales, copy and printing services, FedEx and UPS drop off, mailbox rental, notary service, and sale of basic school and office supplies including a selection of recycled products Greg Giacopuzzi, NewMark Merrill Companies Leasing Associate, represented the landlord. Kent Heller of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant.
House of Beauty signed a 5 year lease for the 1,866 square foot space located near Quizno's. House of Beauty is a hair and beauty salon offering eyebrow threading, microdermabrasion, facial and body waxing. Greg Giacopuzzi represented the landlord. UC Bakery signed a 5 year lease for the 1,433 square foot space located near 7-Eleven. UC Bakery specializes to freshly baked breads, pastries and desserts. Greg Giacopuzzi, represented the landlord.
